  • Passport clear copy (First and Last page)  
  • Photo – 2 Nos (PP size Colour )
  • Authorization from Candidate

  • Any Degree or Diploma Certificate issued by Indian Government
  • Registration certificate 
  • SSLC (Secondary School) Marksheet 
  • HSC (Higher Secondary School) Marksheet
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) certificate
