KSA Dataflow for Nurses – Quick Guide
Purpose:
Dataflow verification is required by the The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) to verify the authenticity of your nursing education, license, and work experience before allowing you to work in Saudi arabia

Passport copy
Passport-size photo
Nursing Degree / Diploma certificate
Transcript of records
Valid Nursing Registration (from Nursing Council)
Good standing certificate
Experience certificate(s) All
Authorization letter (for Dataflow) We will give you.
💰 Charges
Typically ranges between SR 1000– 1600 (Approx. ₹22000 INR – ₹35,000 INR), depending on the number of components (education, license, experience).
Note: Charges increase if multiple work experiences or licenses are submitted.

Normal Process: 35–45 working days
Expedited route (if available): 10–15 business days (additional fees apply)
✅ Report
Once the Dataflow report is approved (Positive or Negative), it will be submitted to SCFHS as part of your The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Prometric exam and licensing process.
