Eligibility Criteria for QCHP / DHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners / Department of Healthcare Professions)
Dataflow & Prometric Exam for Nurses


βœ… To apply for Dataflow verification and the Prometric exam under QCHP/DHP (Qatar), you must meet the following:


πŸ“š Educational Qualification:
Must hold a Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized and accredited institution.
Minimum course duration:
Diploma: 3 years
Degree: 4 years
The course should include clinical training and internship as part of the curriculum.

A valid and current Nursing License or Registration Certificate issued by your national/state Nursing Council.
License must be active or recently expired (within the last 2 years).


πŸ’Ό Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Internship or pre-licensure experience is not counted.
Any employment gap over 2 years must be supported by valid documentation (e.g., maternity leave, higher studies, medical leave).


βœ… Successful Dataflow Verification:
Dataflow is mandatory for all foreign nurses applying to work in Qatar.
You must submit academic, professional, and employment documents for Primary Source Verification (PSV).
Only candidates with a Positive Dataflow Report are eligible to proceed to the Prometric Exam stage.

You must be a graduate in nursing (diploma or degree).
A valid Nursing Registration Certificate and Good Standing Certificate are mandatory.
In some cases, experience certificates from all previous employers are required for full verification.
