What is Ministry of External Affairs Attestation ?

Ministry of External Affairs Attestation (MEA Attestation) is a Indian Attestation processing by Ministry of External Affairs department in India. This attestation is a verification of all our Documents issued by both Central or State Government. We must do this attestation before submitting our documents for any embassy attestation. After receipt of the MEA Attestation only other country embassies will accept our documents for their verification process.   

Documents required for Educational certificate Attestation:

  • Any Educational or Non-Educational Certificate issued by Central or State Government of India
  • Passport copy with Minimum validity 6 months 
  • Photo – 2 Nos (Passport size Colour)

Documents required for Non-Educational certificate Attestation:

  • Original Certificate (Registration, Experience, Marriage, Birth, etc.,,) HRD not required 
  • Passport copy with Minimum 6 months of validity
  • Photo – 2 Nos (PP size)

What are documents can be attested by MEA Department?

  • Any Certificate issued by State or Central Government Department.

Submission and Collection of Documents:

Please feel free to call and know the procedure in detail with our executive before submitting the document. Kindly submit all the above documents in person or send through post. After receipt of the documents, acknowledgement letter will be sent to you.  Once the attestation done, the mode of collection will be notify you over phone.
